Role Responsibilities: Lead, train, and manage the parts department to ensure smooth operations Forecast parts needs and ensure we have the right inventory at the right time Meet and exceed parts sales goals Maintain a customer-focused, friendly, and efficient work environment Analyze sales data and manage inventory obsolescence Support the General Manager with additional duties as needed Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of automotive parts management experience (dealership experience preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Parts Manager certification is a plus Familiarity with computerized parts systems and manufacturer certifications a plus Must be flexible and available to work evenings and weekends as needed High school diploma/GED required; college degree is a plus Ready to join a winning team?
