Requirements

Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role, track record of achievements.
Detail oriented and ability to work in a team.
Familiarity with inventory procedures
Great communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
Availability to work flexible shifts
High school degree or GED

Responsibilities

Provide fast and courteous service to all Parts Clients and Technicians.
Answer the telephone in accordance with dealership guidelines.
Solicit orders or answer questions as appropriate.
List and price out parts on repair orders and/or counter tickets.
Write purchase orders for parts from outside suppliers, as required, and obtain management approval.
Properly input lost sales into the inventory control system.
Provide the necessary information for special and emergency orders if a part is not in stock.
Maintain records of all special order parts and notify the person responsible for the order.
Maintain a customer back order file.
Maintain the special order parts inventory in a clean and orderly manner.
Maintain the warranty return parts inventory in a clean and organized manner.
Help to “scrap” parts held for factory claims with the factory representative.
Participate in conducting a perpetual inventory.
Keep your work area clean, free of debris and safe.
Perform other duties and tasks as directed by management.
