What We Offer Health insurance Dental and vision insurance 401(k) plans Paid holidays Paid vacation time Paid training A supportive, team-oriented work environment Responsibilities Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish Communicate with customers and staff in a friendly, professional manner Effectively update customers on parts status Read and understand the parts catalog to identify and discuss specific parts Answer phone calls, provide price quotes, and offer accurate information to customers Review body shop estimates to ensure correct parts and pricing alignment Deliver high-level service to both internal and external customers Pull and fill orders from stock; maintain weekly bin checks to ensure inventory accuracy Notify the parts manager of out-of-stock items or materials needing immediate attention Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and place emergency orders when necessary Ensure all internal parts requests are properly billed on service repair orders Receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; prior auto parts sales experience preferred Eager to grow and improve in a dynamic work environment Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance documents Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, percentages, proportions, and volume Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Equal Opportunity Employer Walt Massey Kia is an equal opportunity employer. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior auto parts sales experience preferred
  • Eager to grow and improve in a dynamic work environment
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance documents
  • Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, percentages, proportions, and volume
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
