Requirements

Previous experience as an automotive painter or refinisher preferred.
Strong knowledge of automotive paint systems, materials, and refinishing techniques.
Ability to produce consistent, high-quality finishes with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs efficiently.
Required-valid driver’s license, with clean record

Responsibilities

Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, priming, and cleaning.
Mix, match, and apply automotive paint to achieve accurate color and finish consistency.
Operate spray guns, paint booths, and related refinishing equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform refinishing, clear coat applications, and touch-up work as needed.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality, durability, and appearance standards are met.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with reconditioning team to meet repair timelines
