Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to pass a background check
• Able to pass a drug screening

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic inspections
• Learn Toyota systems with hands-on training
• Advance to Apprentice Technician in as little as 6–12 months
• Train side-by-side with experienced technicians
• Access Toyota factory training
• Build the skills to become Certified
• Perform full Toyota service & repair work
• Earn official Toyota certifications
• Lead complex diagnostics and repairs
• Mentor entry-level techs
