The successful candidate will perform routine vehicle maintenance including lubrication, oil changes, filter replacements, and multi-point inspections while ensuring high standards of quality and customer service.

Requirements

Ability to work in a shop environment with exposure to noise, dust, odors, fumes, chemicals, and adhesives.
Capable of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds regularly.
Physical activities include sitting, standing, bending, reaching, talking, hearing, and operating hand tools and controls.
Occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching as needed.
Good vision capabilities including close, distance, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Must operate equipment and move vehicles safely at all times.

Responsibilities

Perform all lube, oil, filter, and multi-point inspection services on customer vehicles efficiently and accurately.
Assess additional vehicle needs and communicate them effectively to management and customers.
Maintain high-quality work by adhering to company procedures and reporting any substandard parts or processes.
Deliver excellent customer service with promptness and clear communication to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Demonstrate professionalism through positive attitude, excellent attendance, and maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
