About The Position

Keller Bros Dodge Ram is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Automotive Internet Sales Representative to help connect online customers with the right vehicle. You will play a key role in converting online inquiries into in store appointments while working closely with the sales team to deliver a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

  • Prior internet or automotive sales experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer and CRM proficiency
  • Friendly, professional, and customer focused demeanor
  • Highly organized and self motivated
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and chat messages
  • Build rapport with customers through email, phone, and text communication
  • Set and confirm appointments for customers to visit the dealership
  • Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer handoffs
  • Follow up on unsold leads and develop long term customer relationships
  • Meet and exceed dealership goals for appointments and lead conversions
