Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong time management and multitasking ability.
- Ambitious, goal-oriented mentality.
- Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to internet leads and inquiries.
- Develop rapport with customers and suggest trade-ins.
- Recommend sales campaigns and promotions.
- Qualify buyers by understanding their needs and matching them to the right vehicle.
- Coordinate with Sales Associates for test drives and final sales.
- Stay informed through training and industry updates.
