The Internal Service Advisor plays a crucial role in the success of both the Sales and Service departments of the dealership. This role is responsible for serving as a liaison between multiple departments to ensure vehicles are efficiently prepared to be sold and added to the inventory in a timely manner. Requirements

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a Service Advisor preferred

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate Repair Orders with detailed cost, labor and repair time estimates and review with the appropriate manager.
Coordinate with Service, Parts and/or third-party vendors to schedule and execute repairs and/or services.
Follow the progress of vehicles through service to ensure days-to-market requirements are met.
Thorough and timely communication and follow up with management.
Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately; assume ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
