Position Overview: Brickell Honda is seeking a hands-on, people-first General Sales Manager to lead our New and Pre-Owned sales operations. You’ll coach and develop the sales and management team, drive disciplined processes, and deliver a best-in-class guest experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years automotive sales management experience (new & used).
  • Proven track record hitting volume, gross, and CSI objectives.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong command of CRM, desking tools, and digital retailing (Tekion a plus).
  • High-integrity leader who loves coaching, accountability, and culture-building.
  • Passion for automobiles and knowledge of Honda vehicles and products.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic dealership environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and hold accountable all sales managers and associates.
  • Run daily huddles, 1:1s, and training to drive performance and development.
  • Own key sales KPIs: appointments, shows, test drives, write-ups, and closing ratios.
  • Ensure fast, high-quality lead response and strong CRM usage across the team.
  • Partner with BDC, F&I, and Fixed Ops to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory, pricing, and deal structures for compliance and profitability.
