We are seeking a driven, organized, and customer-focused Fleet Service Advisor to support our growing Commercial & Fleet Department. Requirements

  • Prior automotive service advising experience required; fleet or commercial service experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment
  • Understanding of automotive maintenance, repair processes, and warranty procedures
  • Must be drug-free, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and pass a background check

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial and fleet customers
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair services to minimize vehicle downtime
  • Create accurate repair orders and ensure proper documentation for billing and warranty
  • Communicate repair updates, timelines, and approvals clearly and professionally
  • Work closely with technicians and parts departments to prioritize fleet needs
  • Maintain strong relationships with business clients to drive retention and long-term partnerships
  • Assist with scheduling, dispatch coordination, and follow-up to ensure satisfaction
