Key Responsibilities Present and explain financing and protection product options clearly and ethically Secure financing through lenders while ensuring competitive terms for customers Prepare and finalize all finance and lease documentation accurately and compliantly Ensure adherence to federal, state, and lender regulations Maintain strong lender relationships and product knowledge Collaborate with Sales Managers to structure deals efficiently Deliver a smooth, professional, and pressure-free customer experience Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSI) and repeat business Accurately process contracts and ensure timely funding Stay current on Subaru programs, lender guidelines, and compliance updates Performance Expectations Strong product penetration while maintaining customer trust Consistent contract accuracy and funding timeliness High CSI and customer experience scores Compliance with all legal and dealership standards Positive collaboration with sales and management teams Contribution to overall dealership profitability

Requirements

  • Prior Automotive Finance Manager experience required
  • Strong knowledge of finance products, lender programs, and compliance
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to balance profitability with customer satisfaction
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Experience with dealership management systems (DMS)

Nice To Haves

  • Subaru or import-brand experience preferred, not required
