About The Position

Ron Bouchard's Kia Store is seeking a to oversee the financial process of vehicle sales. As our Finance Manager, you will arrange financing, handle paperwork, explain financing options and benefits to customers, coordinate with banks and lenders, ensure legal compliance and offer additional products like warranties or insurance with the goal of securing favorable terms for customers while maximizing dealership profits.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in an automotive finance or business office preferred
• Working knowledge of deal structure, banking programs, dealership contracts and compliance
• Applied knowledge of automotive DMS systems, automotive inventory management software and automotive finance applications such as Dealertrack or RouteOne.

Responsibilities

• Structure, finalize, and fund all vehicle sales transactions in compliance with lender and dealership policies
• Secure financing approvals, manage lender relationships, and handle bank callbacks
• Ensure accurate deal packaging, contract-in-transit tracking, and timely submission to accounting
• Maintain updated lender programs, rate sheets, and financing resources
• Monitor pending deals to ensure fast funding and clean documentation
• Deliver compliant F&I product presentations and close financing agreements
• Track performance metrics including gross profit, funding timelines, and CSI
• Conduct manager call-backs to support customer satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with Sales Management to drive profitability and operational efficiency
