Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in leading and motivating high-performance sales teams
  • Background in One-Person selling, Automotive Sales Management, F&I, or Used Car Management
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of departmental financials
  • CRM fluency and working knowledge of automotive platforms and software
  • Outstanding communication skills: emotionally intelligent, clear, respectful, persuasive
  • Track record of meeting objectives and managing time, budgets, and personnel effectively
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record required

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily one-on-ones with Sales Professionals and implement goals to achieve sales and gross profit targets
  • Conduct sales meetings, provide in-depth training, and model proven sales processes (meet & greet, CNA, demos, desking, non-negotiation value selling)
  • Monitor and coach performance, CRM usage, lead follow-up, and defector retention
  • Appraise trade-ins accurately, build proposals professionally, and present customer vouchers confidently
  • Oversee new inventory, sales forecasting, and 75-day supply turn
  • Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly
  • Partner with General Sales Manager to maintain and enforce dealership policies
