Requirements

Proven experience in automotive finance and insurance
College degree or equivalent experience preferred
Strong knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures
Expertise in structuring profitable and compliant deals
Thorough understanding of title laws and registration processes
Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Valid driver’s license
Self-motivated with a desire to grow and improve

Responsibilities

Assist customers in securing financing for vehicle purchases
Present and explain additional protection products to enhance the ownership experience
Structure deals to maximize profitability while ensuring compliance
Accurately desk deals and submit to lenders for approval
Make informed credit decisions and effectively close transactions
Ensure all contracts align with local, state, and federal regulations
Prepare and review all necessary paperwork and documentation
Audit deals post-sale to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement
Ensure contracts are funded promptly and efficiently
Maintain required certifications and stay current with industry regulations
