Requirements

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

Engage daily with service customers to present upgrade options through the Vehicle Exchange Program
Engage with showroom and digital leads
Identify customer needs and present trade-in and purchase options
Maintain knowledge of current inventory, incentives, and financing programs
Deliver product demonstrations and guide buying decisions
Collaborate with sales managers and service advisors to ensure seamless customer experience
Assist the sales and service departments as needed
Track all customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM
Achieve monthly goals for vehicle exchanges and customer satisfaction
