The role also requires reviewing performance statistics with management, greeting guests, developing comprehensive product knowledge, performing thorough follow-ups with all customers, promptly responding to online leads and post-sale inquiries, and making outbound lead-generating phone calls. Maintaining a clean and professional workspace and achieving high Manufacture CSI scores are also essential.
