About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Automotive Cancellations Clerk to join our team at Toyota of North Miami. In this role, you will play a key part in managing vehicle cancellation processes efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This position is based in Miami, FL.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in automotive or administrative fields is a plus.
  • Previous experience in automotive dealership operations, particularly in cancellations, trades, or wholesale processes preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and dealership management software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process and manage vehicle cancellations, including purchase orders, trades, and wholesale transactions.
  • Verify and maintain accurate cancellation records in the system.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely resolution of cancellation issues.
  • Communicate with customers, dealerships, and finance institutions regarding cancellation status and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and industry standards related to cancellations.
  • Assist with auditing and reporting related to cancellation activities.
