About The Position

Huffines is seeking an experienced Commercial & Fleet Sales Manager to lead and grow our automotive commercial sales division. This is a hands-on management role responsible for driving commercial and fleet vehicle sales while managing daily operations, inventory, and client relationships. The Commercial & Fleet Sales Manager will actively sell to business clients while overseeing the performance and growth of the commercial department. The ideal candidate has strong experience in automotive sales, B2B sales, fleet sales, and leadership.

Requirements

  • Five years of Automotive Sales, Fleet Sales, or Commercial Vehicle Sales
  • Leadership or Sales Management experience preferred
  • Capable of developing, implementing, and measuring the impacts and effectiveness of internal processes, interdepartmental relationships, and customer experiences
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and lead a team-oriented culture
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Automotive Commercial & Fleet Sales Department
  • Develop and close commercial and fleet vehicle sales
  • Build and maintain B2B client relationships
  • Prospect and grow new commercial accounts
  • Manage commercial vehicle inventory and sourcing
  • Work directly with suppliers and upfit vendors
  • Train, coach, and motivate sales staff
  • Oversee leasing, financing, and documentation compliance
  • Prepare monthly sales and performance reports
