Requirements

Minimum of 1 year experience as an automotive title & billing clerk
Must have experience with CDK
Must have knowledge of Microsoft office, including experience with Excel
Ideal candidate must be highly organized
Must possess excellent communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment

Responsibilities

Prepares payoff checks for new vehicles and trade ins
Bills out all retail deals and prepares Certificates of Origin
Ensures that all trade-in paperwork is completed properly
Various reporting requirements including schedule reconciliations.
Other tasks as assigned
This role is everyday including Saturday and one day off in the week
Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be title.
Prepare necessary paperwork for submission to the DMV Agency (It's Easy)
Check all paperwork for correct title and lien information.
