• Previous Automotive Experience Preferred
• Familiarity with DMV Processes and Title Regulations
• Some Evenings and Saturday Hours
• Ability to Provide Quality Customer Service
• Willingness to Take Initiative

• Computer Literacy
• Ability to Perform Job Responsibilities and Meet Deadlines Easily

• Costing New and Used Car Deals
• Processing Dealer Trades and Wholesales
• Process Sales Staff Commissions for Payroll
• Process Vehicle Titles Accurately and Efficiently
• Manage Titling Paperwork in Compliance with State Regulations
• Track/Follow up on Missing Titles
• Process Rebates/ Incentives/ Dealership Discounts
• Submitting Customer Payoff's
• Purchase Vehicles into Inventory
• Reconcile Schedules
• Issue/ Disburse Checks
