Requirements

• The ideal candidate is familiar with the daily operations of an automotive dealership and employ time management and multitasking skills.
• This position requires the ideal candidate to be able to exhibit great attention to detail and be organized and reliable.

• CDK Experience desirable
• Proficiency in VERFI

Responsibilities

• Complete paperwork needed to deliver new and preowned vehicles
• Completing and processing motor vehicle documents
• Processing finance and lease contracts
• Inventory control through CDK data import
• Maintaining police book for inventory and compliance
• Preparing wholesale and dealer trade paperwork and MSO preparation
• Providing additional administrative support as needed
