About The Position

Automotive Service / BDC Representative Immediate Hire Huston Cadillac GMC in Lake Wales, Florida is in need of a full time experienced Automotive Service BDC Representative. The Service BDC Rep is responsible for making service appointments by answering inbound calls, responding to internet inquiries, and making outbound calls. The BDC Rep will utilize our CRM and the internet to respond to inquiries, update customer records, and closely track customer activity. Answer incoming calls & respond to internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate appointments Reschedule no-show customers Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Conduct phone surveys to assess customer preferences and quality of experience Assist customers with Courtesy Transportation needs Compile all necessary reports, forms, and other documentation on a timely basis Work in conjunction with the Service Department – advisors and technicians Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction, and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Previous call center / sales experience preferred
  • Knowledge of vehicles / automotive repairs / automotive industry a plus
  • Confident and professional phone manner
  • Experience utilizing inventory and/or CRM systems
  • Strong/outgoing personality
  • MS Office Suite computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies and procedures
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to pass a pre-screening process including background and drug test
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
