About The Position

Dover Dodge, a rapidly growing automotive retailer and finance company, is seeking Business Development Representatives to join its Business Development Center (BDC). Bi-lingual Spanish is preferred for this role.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience
• Confident, pleasant and professional phone voice
• Possess time management skills and be able to work independently
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Bi-lingual
• 1 year of Sales experience
• 1 year of CRM experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience in an automotive setting preferred
• Prior customer relations or BDC experience preferred
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Self-starter, motivated and success driven
• Confident, positive and high energy presence
• Strong communication skills
• Team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals
