We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive BDC Sales Representative to join our sales team in Keene and Swanzey, NH. The Automotive BDC Sales Representative is responsible for managing all incoming internet and phone inquiries, following up with potential customers, and scheduling qualified sales appointments. This position plays a key role in driving dealership sales success by creating positive first impressions and supporting the sales team in achieving its goals.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal, written, and phone communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of leads.
  • Energetic, organized, and goal-oriented personality.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

  • Previous BDC, customer service, or sales experience preferred (automotive experience a plus).
  • some college coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all phone, email, and online sales inquiries.
  • Schedule and confirm qualified appointments for the sales department.
  • Follow up with unsold showroom traffic, internet leads, and previous customers.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer information in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with Sales Managers to develop effective lead-handling strategies.
  • Stay informed about vehicle inventory, features, and current promotions.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly appointment and sales conversion goals.
  • Deliver a friendly, professional, and customer-focused experience at all times.
