Marty's GMC Isuzu is seeking motivated BDC Representatives who are ready to advance into high-earning Sales Consultant roles. The company offers support to help individuals transition from setting appointments to closing deals, leveraging their existing relationship-building skills. Marty's has been a strong presence in Massachusetts for over 60 years, known for its focus on customer relationships and employee success.
Requirements
- BDC, customer service, or sales experience
- Strong communication & follow-up skills
- Motivated, positive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Valid Driver's License
- High School Diploma/GED
- U.S. Work Authorization
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the sales process
- Match customers with the right vehicle
- Conduct test drives & present options
- Negotiate and close deals
- Follow up to build repeat & referral business
