Requirements

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency
  • Bookkeeping certification, associate degree in accounting, or 2 years of commensurate experience
  • Ability to coordinate various activities simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record is required
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Record daily deposit
  • Record daily credit card, check, and cash transactions
  • Complete journal entries to record the dealership’s daily transactions
  • Communicate and resolve discrepancies with dealership team members
  • Understand and maximize benefits from manufacturers' incentive programs and payment structures
  • Work with store leadership to achieve results related to manufacturer incentives
  • Ensure up-to-date on manufacturer program rules
  • Submit all necessary documents to the manufacturer in the mandated time frame to be eligible for payment
  • Communicate with the F&I team and the manufacturer to resolve issues and obtain all required documents
  • Responsible for daily postings of funding/CIT across dealerships
  • Review and maintenance of accounting schedules
  • Perform all other tasks/projects as assigned
