Requirements

High school diploma required; college degree preferred
Proficiency with internet and Microsoft Outlook; automotive DMS experience required (Tekion preferred)
Ability to work effectively in a high‑volume call/email environment and manage multiple tasks
Strong independent and team collaboration skills
Full‑time availability with flexibility for extended hours during accounting cutoffs
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Fast onboarding process-completed within days of applying

Responsibilities

Receive, review, process, and reconcile vendor invoices and statements in a timely and accurate manner.
Prepare and manage payment schedules in partnership with a third‑party payment processor.
Ensure all expenses are properly approved and issue checks for accounting requests authorized by the appropriate management levels.
Collect, maintain, and update vendor tax information to ensure accurate and compliant vendor records.
Prepare and process annual 1099‑NEC filings in compliance with IRS requirements.
