Now Hiring: Automotive Deal Billing Clerk We're looking for an experienced and organized Automotive Billing Clerk to join our accounting team. In this critical role, you'll help ensure every vehicle transaction is processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with all requirements.
Requirements
- Previous automotive dealership billing or accounting experience (required)
- Familiarity with DMS platforms (Dealertrack, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and follow-through
- Must be able to pass Background test/ Drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Accurately bill all new and used vehicle deals
- Process trade-in payoffs, including lien verification and submissions
- Review and submit contracts to lenders for funding
- Ensure deal jackets are complete, compliant, and audit-ready
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Management to resolve issues quickly
- Maintain strict adherence to internal controls and manufacturer guidelines
