Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
Previous experience as an accounting clerk or similar role, preferably in an automotive environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Familiarity with accounting software and databases
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field

Responsibilities

Process and maintain accurate financial records related to automotive transactions
Reconcile accounts, verify invoices, and prepare financial reports as needed
Assist with payroll, billing, and accounts payable/receivable
Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper documentation and compliance
Maintain filing systems and ensure confidentiality of financial information
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Perform other clerical and accounting tasks as assigned by management
