About The Position

Sneed Ford is seeking a driven, customer-focused Product & Sales Specialist to join our high-performing team. With over 800 inbound leads per month, we need motivated professionals who are ready to thrive in a fast-paced, appointment-based sales environment. Whether you have automotive experience or are new to the industry, we provide training and support to set you up for success.

Requirements

Ability to work Monday–Saturday (1 weekday off; Saturdays required).
Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product details.
Excellent communication skills via phone, text, and email.
Customer service and/or sales experience preferred (automotive a plus).
Professional, well-groomed appearance and demeanor.
Clean driving record.
Willing to submit to pre-employment background check & drug screen.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships and create lifelong customers by understanding their needs.
Become a vehicle expert—know the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and technology.
Conduct high-quality, professional vehicle demonstrations.
Follow up with buyers to foster referral business and repeat customers.
Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
Report directly to the Sales Manager with objectives, reviews, and performance analysis.
