About The Position
Mission-Driven Job Description: Be a Pivotal Force in Our Production Line! Embark on a mission to drive efficiency and innovation within our team! You'll: Leadership in conducting changeovers on both minor and major scales, wielding the power of Lyle Thermoforming and OMG machinery. Display adeptness in the tools of the trade by meticulously handling the mold inserts both offline at our tool shop and online during production. Catalog changeover activity as you partner with Quality and Supervision, ensuring smooth production transitions. Lead extrusion operator functions, transitioning smoothly through inline changeovers and troubleshooting production outages. Repair forming molds and trim tools, fostering seamless production and consistency. Champion the maintenance and troubleshooting of thermoforming and labeling automation. Quickly return production lines to operational excellence working alongside our maintenance crews. Be at the forefront of initial setups, establishing first-run parts to meet stringent quality benchmarks. Actively monitor production processes and lend your hand wherever it's needed to boost OEE metrics. Meticulously log every task into our CMMS, paying heed to labor hours and usage of parts.
