What You’ll Do as an Automation Repair Representative
In this role, you will build on existing customer relationships by promoting Rockwell Automation repair services. Additionally, you will visit Central and Eastern Indiana industrial plants and see various products manufactured from candy bars to cars.

Requirements

• Associates degree and/or two years of experience in the electrical industry
• Self-motivated, organized, detail-focused
• Strong customer relationship skills and ability to interact professionally with all organization levels.
• Some understanding of Rockwell products and Industrial landscape
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Travel required
• Flexibility to participate in customer/vendor events

Responsibilities

• Promote Rockwell repairs at accounts
• Generate Quotes, enter repair orders, track/expedite repairs, and provide reporting to customers
• Visit customers regularly, pick up and drop off repair items or arrange with operations to do so
• Work with Kirby Risk Services Specialists to create Special Pricing Agreements
• Enter and Track warrant information in the Rockwell DDS system
• Work with Account managers to coordinate sales efforts
