About The Position

As an Automation Process Technician , you’ll play a key part in keeping our production lines efficient, precise, and forward-thinking. Your expertise in machine controls, robotics, and process optimization will help us deliver premium sustainable products at scale.

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience as an Automation or Process Technician in a manufacturing setting
Proven ability to troubleshoot control systems (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, robotic)
Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts and data-driven decision making
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working with technical documentation

Nice To Haves

Vision systems (e.g., Fanuc iRVision, Cognex)
PLC programming (Rockwell Automation, Fanuc)
CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam)

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain automation systems to enhance production efficiency and consistency
Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize industrial machinery—including Fanuc robotics and control systems
Improve production performance using statistical process control and lean practices
Drive projects focused on equipment upgrades and process improvements
Provide hands-on support during line startups, including debugging and training
Maintain clear and thorough documentation for equipment, processes, and improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and elevate quality standards
