Your Role: As an Automation Process Technician, you’ll play a key part in keeping our production lines efficient, precise, and forward-thinking. Your expertise in machine controls, robotics, and process optimization will help us deliver premium sustainable products at scale.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience as an Automation or Process Technician in a manufacturing setting
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot control systems (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, robotic)
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts and data-driven decision making
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working with technical documentation

Nice To Haves

  • Vision systems (e.g., Fanuc iRVision, Cognex)
  • PLC programming (Rockwell Automation, Fanuc)
  • CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam)

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain automation systems to enhance production efficiency and consistency
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize industrial machinery—including Fanuc robotics and control systems
  • Improve production performance using statistical process control and lean practices
  • Drive projects focused on equipment upgrades and process improvements
  • Provide hands-on support during line startups, including debugging and training
  • Maintain clear and thorough documentation for equipment, processes, and improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and elevate quality standards
