The Automation Developer will take a lead role in the hands-on tasks of identifying, designing, developing, testing, delivering, maintaining, and supporting automation solutions. This position is primarily technical, demanding robust software development skills at both the application and platform levels. Collaboration is essential in this role, requiring close work with internal and external business and technology teams, including fellow Automation Developers, Business Analysts, Process Owners, Business SMEs, Application Architects/Owners, and others, to successfully implement automated solutions. In this capacity, the Automation Developer will apply their software development expertise—such as proficiency in .NET with C#, Modern Angular, Python, SQL, Blazor, API Development/Integration, Microservices, and more—alongside AI integrations, to create automation solutions by selecting and utilizing the most appropriate technologies and capabilities. This is a contract opportunity with a Verinext client. Capable of utilizing both emerging and existing technological capabilities to enhance and automate business processes; identify the appropriate technology to optimize specific business workflows Strong problem-solving skills – logical and efficient thinker with meticulous attention to detail. Able to deconstruct complex issues into fundamental components and then develop and assess a variety of automated solution options Skilled in analyzing, interpreting, and refining business processes while applying agile methodologies to design and implement impactful automation solutions Consistently monitor deployed solutions to ensure peak performance and identify opportunities for ongoing improvement, as well as troubleshoot and promptly resolve any issues that arise Perform tasks using Agile and Scrum methodologies Serve as a trusted advisor on automation by offering objective, practical, and relevant ideas, insights, and recommendations Work collaboratively with internal and external business and technology teams and stakeholders throughout the automation lifecycle Manage multiple projects simultaneously to deliver both quick wins and long-term strategic automation solutions
