What You’ll Do Design, program, and maintain PLC-based control systems (Allen-Bradley ControlLogix / CompactLogix preferred) Develop and support HMI / SCADA platforms (FactoryTalk, Ignition, Wonderware) Troubleshoot automation, electrical, and process equipment on the production floor Support commissioning, startup, and validation of new equipment and system upgrades Integrate robotics platforms (FANUC, ABB, KUKA) Implement industrial networking systems (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, Profinet) Drive downtime reduction and continuous improvement initiatives Support data collection, historians, MES, and manufacturing analytics systems Ensure compliance with machine safety standards and electrical codes What You Bring Required: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of industrial automation / controls engineering experience Hands-on PLC programming experience Strong troubleshooting and electrical schematic interpretation skills Preferred: Experience in manufacturing, foundry, or heavy industrial environments VFDs, motion control, servo systems Machine safety systems knowledge Industrial data systems and networking experience Why Join Us? Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of industrial automation / controls engineering experience
  • Hands-on PLC programming experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and electrical schematic interpretation skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in manufacturing, foundry, or heavy industrial environments
  • VFDs, motion control, servo systems
  • Machine safety systems knowledge
