Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field. Master’s degree preferred
Ten (10) years of experience planning, designing, building, and implementing IT systems
Five (5) years of the required ten (10) years of experience must be in the direct supervision and management of major projects that involve providing professional support services and/or the integration, implementation and transition of large complex system and subsystem architectures. Must have led or been chief architect in major IT implementation efforts. Must demonstrate a broad understanding of client IT environmental issues and solutions and be a recognized expert within the IT industry. Must demonstrate advanced abilities to team and mentor and possess demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills.
Must have at least five (5) years of experience in a technical lead or senior architect role focusing on cloud automation and/or AI integration.
Proven experience designing and building automation frameworks for self-service provisioning in a cloud environment.
Hands-on experience leading the development and deployment of AI-based applications, including LLM-based chatbots and AI agent solutions.
Demonstrable experience developing or architecting platforms for deploying and managing AI applications.
Strong command of modern database migration processes and technologies.
Expertise in observability platforms and hands-on experience implementing centralized logging and monitoring solutions, preferably with OpenTelemetry (OTEL).
Experience with Agile methodologies and proven ability to embed automated solutions within existing CI/CD workflows.
Experience designing and managing ephemeral sandbox environments for development and testing.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Leading the design, build, and implementation of automation frameworks for self-service resource provisioning on cloud platforms.
Developing and executing agile strategies to integrate complex automation solutions into existing operational workflows.
Spearheading key AI initiatives, including the development and successful deployment of LLM-based chatbots.
Leading the development of a scalable, centralized platform for deploying new AI-based applications. E. Guiding the creation and management of ephemeral sandbox environments to provide flexible, on-demand development spaces for agencies.
Managing and leading the modernization of the platform's database migration processes.
Driving the strategy for centralizing platform-wide logging and monitoring, utilizing OTEL (OpenTelemetry) to create a unified view of system health and performance.
Actively identifying and evaluating opportunities to integrate AI tools and agent-based solutions to enhance and automate program processes.
Collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure automation and AI strategies align with business objectives and technical roadmaps
