What You’ll Do As an Automation Integration Tester, you’ll be responsible for validating that Navy Mutual’s applications, subsystems, and integrations function together seamlessly across the enterprise. Key responsibilities include:

Requirements

• 5+ years of QA automation experience in enterprise environments
• Strong programming skills in Java
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver
• Experience automating REST and SOAP APIs
• Experience with JUnit and/or TestNG
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines
• Proven experience testing multi-system integrations and complex enterprise applications
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of requirements-based testing practices

Nice To Haves

• Experience testing Salesforce CRM integrations
• Experience in financial services or insurance systems
• ISTQB certification

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for UI, API, and integration testing using Selenium (Java)
• Build and enhance scalable automation frameworks and reusable testing utilities
• Convert manual test cases into robust automated regression suites
• Validate end-to-end workflows across multiple integrated systems
• Test and validate REST and SOAP APIs, backend processing, and data transformations
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar)
• Create comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and regression strategies based on requirements
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and release testing
• Refactor automation code to improve reliability and reduce flaky tests
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and report quality metrics
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environments
• Support Salesforce CRM and related system integrations as needed
• Mentor and train team members on automation and requirements-based testing best practices
• Identify and escalate testing risks and quality concerns
