Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in warranty admin, service writing, or related roles
• Familiarity with manufacturer guidelines (Ford, GM, VW, Mitsubishi a plus)
• Proficiency in DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and multitasking skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean record

Responsibilities

• Accurately process and submit warranty claims to manufacturers
