About The Position

As a Marketing Transformation Manager Vice President within Chase Auto, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our marketing execution. You will identify, develop, and lead high-impact AI use cases and end-to-end process improvements that drive business value and marketing transformation. You will own major projects within the marketing transformation roadmap, from ideation through go-to-market, and will be responsible for requirements gathering, process mapping, impact analysis, and delivery. In addition, you will collaborate with a team of marketing transformation product owners to develop and deliver the roadmap that will radically elevate how we plan, manage, and activate campaigns in the industry’s largest marketing execution space while partnering with our Strategy, Campaign Management, and Controls teams; Product; Legal/Regulatory Review; and LOBs to design and build new processes and capabilities.

Requirements

  • 7 plus years of experience in marketing, product ownership, AI innovation, or program leadership roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven track record in end-to-end program or product delivery, including best practices, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with AI platforms, data analytics, and project management tools.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead through ambiguity and lead results.
  • Experience influencing and communicating across a highly matrixed organization and all management levels.
  • Proficiency in Adobe, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prioritize, and lead high-impact AI and marketing transformation initiatives for Chase Auto, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Own and deliver at least two major process or capability projects, including requirements gathering, process mapping, impact analysis, and go-to-market planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes and capabilities, integrating AI solutions into marketing workflows.
  • Manage pilot projects to test and validate AI applications, gather and consolidate feedback, and lead continuous improvement and scaling of successful solutions.
  • Facilitate ideation and prioritization sessions, synthesize input, and communicate progress, risks, and results to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels, including executive summaries and status updates, using compelling storytelling to lead alignment and engagement.
  • Support ongoing governance, proactively resolve issues, and ensure transparency and accountability throughout project delivery.
  • Foster an inclusive and innovative environment, championing business and cultural transformation.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing to incorporate new techniques and best practices.
