About The Position

The Auto Body Shop Estimator plays a crucial role in the automotive repair process by accurately assessing vehicle damage and providing detailed estimates for repair costs. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in auto body repair or estimating.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and parts.
• Strong analytical abilities to accurately assess vehicle damage and determine repair costs.
• Effective communication skills are essential for explaining estimates and repair processes to customers, ensuring they feel informed and valued.
• Attention to detail is critical in preparing accurate estimates and identifying all necessary repairs.
• Familiarity with estimating software enhances efficiency in creating and managing estimates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess repair needs and costs.
• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for repairs, including parts and labor.
