About The Position

This is an ONSITE position located in Orlando, FL. National Capitol Contracting (NCC) is seeking an Audio Visual Technologies Lead to support an upcoming contract (contingent upon award). The role will be considered an Assistant Site Manager for the Audio Visual and Photography task area, and will serve as the point of contact for the Government in the resolution of all technical and personnel issues within this specific task area.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Government security clearance.
  • 5+ years of professional experience within Audio Visual and VTC systems.
  • 2+ years in a leadership role, and proven ability to assist in managing teams.
  • Proficiency in the following products: Adobe (Acrobat, After Effects, Media Encoder, Audition, Adobe in Design, Encore, Photoshop, Premiere) Roxio Secure Burn Enterprise Sony Vegas Pro 4k Video Downloader Premiere Disc Labeler SureThing Label Creator Ikan Prompter Pro
  • Strong background utilizing MS Office products: Excel, Powerpoint, Word, and Publisher.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors Degree in Communications, Media Production, Information Technology, Audio Visuals or similar field.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee projects from concept to completion in coordination with subject matter experts, public affairs officers and visual information staff.
  • Condense complicated technical material into easy to understand visual information products.
  • Work with clients to communicate sensitive, sometimes controversial, messages to positively influence support of NAVAIR from diverse internal and external audiences in a variety of mass communication venues.
  • Assist in monitoring project performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure contractual compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Support preparation of project reports, documentation, and briefings for Government and corporate stakeholders.
  • Manage the operations of the audio-visual support unit to ensure professional quality audio-visual technical support as needed for meetings, conferences, command events, etc.
  • Operate any Audio Visual and VTC equipment, still and motion digital camera systems, and other standard conference room equipment.
  • Stay up-to-date on any new emerging technologies.
