About The Position

As the AV Regional Lead, you will oversee the NAM/LATAM Audio Visual team’s daily operations, ensuring service excellence and governance across the region. You will manage team performance, budgets, and reporting, while fostering strong client relationships and driving growth opportunities. This role involves collaborating with leadership to plan resources, maintain SLAs, and implement governance standards. You will also provide strategic input on projects, support onboarding and training, and act as a liaison for HR-related needs. Travel up to 25% is required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all roles and responsibilities of Technicians.
  • Conduct onboarding, offboarding, and training for all Technicians.
  • Communicate and partner with other teams regarding existing and upcoming projects; relay information to the team where necessary.
  • Act as team liaison for all employee needs from an HR perspective.
  • Manage travel requests, approvals, and billing of associated costs.
  • Oversee day-to-day budgets and generate purchase requests.
  • Maintain team dashboards and ensure all metrics and reporting standards are met.
  • Work with Service Delivery Manager (SDM) and Client to establish future headcount and delivery plans.
  • Manage team Wiki, Hub, and newsletters to the wider company.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and host weekly team meetings.
  • Develop client relationships and explore team opportunities.
  • Scope new projects, provide high-level consultation, and delegate accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other leads and executives to deliver a robust governance platform with adequate dashboards and data.
  • Ensure overall service governance in the region, delivering on all SLAs.
