As Regional Supervisor, you will lead the SF/Bay/MPK team, overseeing daily operations and ensuring service excellence. Your responsibilities include onboarding and training technicians, managing budgets, travel approvals, and equipment requests, and maintaining dashboards and reporting standards. You will partner with leadership and clients to plan headcount, scope new projects, and drive governance across the region. Regular duties include hosting team meetings, conducting 1:1s, managing internal communications, and fostering client relationships to identify growth opportunities. You will also ensure compliance with SLAs and collaborate with other supervisors to deliver a robust governance framework. Travel may be required up to 25%.
