We are seeking an AV Technician to join our team at the Westin Southlake located in Southlake, TX. What Will You Be Doing? Set up, operate, and strike audio-visual equipment, maintaining an up-to-date inventory Ensure timely completion of equipment orders and inventory tracking Operate AV equipment with a solid understanding of signal flow and specifications Identify equipment shortages and offer substitutions during prep Maintain communication with management throughout projects Follow strict guidelines and timelines Represent INSPIRE professionally, adhering to grooming and attire standards Foster positive relationships with clients and hotel staff Thrive in a fast-paced environment, contributing ideas Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Perform additional tasks assigned

Requirements

• Proven experience with audio-visual technology
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently
• Self-motivated, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively
• Highly organized, team-oriented, and a strong communicator
• Willingness to work long hours, including holidays, with flexibility
• Adaptable to changing environments

Nice To Haves

• Candidates with 2 plus years of experience will be given preference
• Candidates with video, camera work and recording will be given preference
• Candidates with hospitality experience will be given preference
• Awesome to have extensive lighting, audio and video experience.

Responsibilities
