About The Position

We are hiring Audio/Video Technicians to support installation and service of residential and light commercial AV systems. This role focuses on hands-on system setup, precise installation work, and delivering high-quality customer experiences across a range of technology solutions. The ideal candidate has experience in low-voltage installation, understands AV and networking systems, and takes pride in clean, professional workmanship.

Requirements

Experience as an audio/video or low-voltage technician preferred
Working knowledge of AV systems, networking, and low-voltage wiring
Ability to read and follow system layouts and installation instructions
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Professional, customer-facing communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Install and service audio/video systems including TVs, speakers, and home theater setups
Perform whole-home audio, video surveillance, WiFi networking, and automation installations
Mount TVs, install equipment racks, run wiring, and terminate low-voltage cabling
Test, troubleshoot, and fine-tune systems to ensure proper functionality
Interpret basic system layouts and follow installation plans
Maintain organized job sites and ensure installations meet company quality standards
Communicate with customers regarding system features, operation, and basic maintenance
Complete installation documentation accurately
