About the Role: ABC Supply is looking for a creative, detail-driven Audio/Video Producer to bring our stories to life through compelling video and audio content. In this role, you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality multimedia assets that support internal communications, training initiatives, marketing efforts, and corporate storytelling. From concept to final cut, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content that informs, engages, and inspires. This position is based at our National Support Center campus in Beloit, WI, and offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects that make a real impact across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in video production, multimedia, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience producing and editing professional-quality video and audio content
  • Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of lighting, sound, framing, and post-production techniques
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with motion graphics, animation, or visual effects
  • Familiarity with corporate training or internal communications content
  • Basic knowledge of photography, graphic design, or branding standards
  • Experience supporting live events or multi-camera productions

Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, record, edit, and produce video and audio content for internal and external audiences
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate ideas, scripts, and objectives into effective multimedia deliverables
  • Operate and maintain audio/video equipment, including cameras, lighting, microphones, and editing software
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
  • Edit footage and audio for clarity, consistency, brand alignment, and storytelling impact
  • Assist with live or recorded events, interviews, training sessions, and corporate communications
  • Organize, archive, and manage digital media assets
  • Stay current with audio/video trends, tools, and best practices
  • Additional duties as assigned
