About The Position

As an Audience Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing targeted marketing strategies to engage diverse customer segments effectively. You will utilize a robust understanding of audience dynamics and the ability to efficiently execute complex marketing campaigns that align with the company’s strategic business goals. Requirements

  • Leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to build highly collaborative, high trusting relationships
  • Exemplary customer service skills
  • 3+ years of combined experience in direct-to-consumer marketing and marketing or sales within the financial services sector
  • Proficient in using advanced data tools like Excel and Tableau for decision-making; advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Proficient in analyzing complex data sets and making informed strategic decisions
  • Experience documenting and optimizing marketing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and marketing automation tools
  • Proficient in developing and managing comprehensive marketing plans that meet customer needs effectively
  • Ability to quickly adapt strategies in response to industry trends and market dynamics
  • Deep understanding of customer engagement strategies
  • Proficient in basic computer technologies, appropriate for an internet-based company
  • Regular and predictable attendance

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of targeted marketing campaigns across channels, including mobile apps, email, SMS, direct mail, telemarketing, and digital platforms.
  • Ensure each campaign is precisely tailored to audience segments, enhancing user engagement and conversion rates through optimal user experience.
  • Develop and refine marketing strategies using detailed market research and audience insights.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align these strategies with business goals, ensuring they adapt to market changes and consistently enhance the user experience.
  • Utilize advanced analytics to monitor campaign performance, assess effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Apply insights to refine marketing tactics, aiming to continuously improve the user experience across all touchpoints.
  • Continuously refine audience engagement strategies by identifying emerging trends and new technological opportunities.
  • Actively participate in strategic planning meetings, ensuring that audience insights are effectively integrated into the company’s broader marketing initiatives.
  • Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.
