The Attractions Attendant is responsible for ensuring the safe operation of attractions while providing an enjoyable guest experience. This role requires adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures to maintain a secure and engaging environment for all guests. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Attraction Operations & Safety: Operate assigned attractions only when certified through on-the-job training. Ensure attractions are operated in accordance with company policies, procedures, and state/federal safety regulations. Explain and enforce attraction rules, including age and height restrictions. Maintain and issue proper equipment required for each attraction. Monitor attractions continuously during operation, ensuring proper control and guest safety. Assist guests in entering and exiting attractions safely. Security & Emergency Response: Prevent unauthorized personnel from starting rides or assisting guests. Inspect attractions and report any mechanical or electronic issues to management immediately. Report any emergency matters to the supervisor or manager on duty without delay. Additional Responsibilities: Cooperate with team members to ensure smooth operations. Perform other duties as assigned.
